He means to use the warp effect of the screen as reference.
For players with a bit lesser graphic cards, using postprocessing to enable the drunk warp effects it's a nuisance.

Waah... way too complicated...
More reason to add ither an effect or a condition status for Drunkar.
An effect would be better, since it won't be removed with condition removals.
